Mark K. Williams, Corporate Secretary

Mark K. Williams is President and Managing Shareholder of  Young, Williams, Kirk & Stone, a Knoxville, Tenn., firm that he joined in 1985. His primary practice areas are Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Real Estate Law, and Mergers and Acquisitions. He is admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee and before the U.S. District Court, Eastern Division of Tennessee, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit. He has achieved an AV Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating, the highest rating.

Williams received a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from Western Carolina University, and received his Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law. He is a member of the Tennessee, Knoxville, and American Bar Associations. He currently chairs the boards of the East Tennessee Foundation and the Friends of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
