Shuguang Ji is a Ph.D. student and graduate student researcher in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Mr. Ji's research interests include transport and the environment, energy policy, mathematical theory application in transportation, marine transportation. Mr. Ji received his BS in Civil Engineering from Dalian Maritime University in China.
